Rumah dinas yang ditempati Letkol Inf Arman di Kompleks Perumahan Angkatan Darat (KPAD) Cijantung, Jakarta Timur, diduga disewakan kepada warga sipil dan disalahgunakan menjadi markas taruhan daring. Kapendam Jaya Letkol Arh Noor Iskak mengatakan, informasi sementara menunjukkan rumah tersebut disewakan kepada masyarakat sipil. Sementara itu, Kapuspen Mabes TNI Mayjen Muhammad Nas membenarkan Letkol Inf Arman telah menjalani pemeriksaan di Pomdam Jaya terkait kasus tersebut. Pemeriksaan dilakukan setelah aparat menggerebek rumah yang diduga menjadi markas operator judi online pada Minggu (4/10). Dalam penggerebekan tersebut, aparat mengamankan 11 orang yang diduga menjadi operator taruhan daring, terdiri dari enam laki-laki dan lima perempuan. Petugas juga menyita 32 unit komputer, 14 telepon seluler pribadi, dan sembilan KTP, serta memasang garis polisi dan memutus aliran listrik di lokasi. Kepala Dinas Penerangan Angkatan Darat (Kadispenad) Brigjen TNI Donny Pramono mengatakan pemeriksaan terhadap para terduga operator dan barang bukti masih berlangsung. Kasus tersebut masih didalami oleh aparat. Adapun KSAD Jenderal TNI Maruli Simanjuntak menegaskan akan menindak tegas prajurit yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran.
