Jimmy Kimmel Calls Guillermo Rodriguez’s Dancing With The Stars Exit An “Outrage” After His Highest Score Yet Guillermo Rodriguez was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, Oct. 13. His best friend, Jimmy Kimmel, was not happy about it. Rodriguez and pro partner Witney Carson had just earned their highest score yet, a 22 out of 40. They danced a salsa to Bad Bunny’s “Tití Me Preguntó” on Super Bowl night. Judge Derek Hough called it “so entertaining.” Carrie Ann Inaba said Rodriguez “brought the joy back.” Still, they landed in the bottom two. Kimmel, 58, said on his show that Rodriguez had once again relied on viewers to pull him through. He called the results a “kick in the Mirrorballs.” Kimmel then did his weekly interview with the pair. “First of all, this is an outrage,” he said. He asked if they would accept the results or take legal action. “I think we should take a legal action,” Rodriguez, 55, joked. Carson, 32, answered, “Absolutely. I’m ready.” Kimmel praised Carson’s choreography. He said she had taken “this lump of Play-Doh” and sculpted him “into a masterpiece.” Carson said she would miss “everything” about training Rodriguez. She called him “such a sweetheart.” Rodriguez told Kimmel he lost some weight, as he had planned. After the elimination, he thanked the audience. “I had a lot of fun,” he said.
