Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until completely smooth and creamy. 2. Whip the Heavy Cream In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. 3. Prepare the Maria Cookie Mixture Brew the espresso and allow it to cool. Pour the espresso into a large bowl, then add the entire pack of Maria cookies directly into the espresso. Allow the cookies to soak and soften before mashing everything together until it forms a thick, moist, spreadable mixture. Add the espresso gradually to avoid making the mixture too watery. 4.
