There is a real comeback possibility! Chef Daniel Patiño bought the Salad and Go name, recipes, and leases for two Arizona locations. But I haven’t seen a confirmed reopening date so “reopening soon” is getting ahead of what’s verified rn 😭 And Tony and Roushan Christofellis were the original founders and Patiño was the founding chef.
