Does this apply to 3 month olds as they start to take 30 min naps?

I have to resettle my 14 month olds naps everyday two times to make her get to 1 1/2 - 2 hours of sleep so we can make it to 7-730 😭

Love your content. How does this work for a 9 almost 10 month old baby who only does 2 x 30-40 min naps and then is ridiculously overtired.

My 6m has longer wake windows now, so like 3-3.5 hours long. He only sleeps for and hour MAYBE each time. Which usually means he has to take a catnip around 5 or 6 to bridge to his 830 bedtime. At which I now have to wrangle him to sleep because he hasn't been awake long enough that last wake window but I'm not tryna put him to sleep any later because by that time I'm TIRED. Once I do get him to sleep, he only sleeps for an hour then I have to resettle him. And then he wakes anywhere between 530 and 830. Which is maddening. Idk what to do. If he would wake up at 830 am then take like 3 hours worth of naps between 2 naps, this wouldnt be a problem lol

My 5 month old baby independently falls asleep at night but is still waking 3 times a night. The only way to get him back to sleep is feeding. Otherwise sleeps well. Any ideas for lengthening night sleep stints / reducing night wakes / feeds?

If 5m is only having 30-40 min naps all day, won’t they end up having 4 naps a day and be over tired from short naps? Thanks z

This was my baby! He would only nap 30 mins at a time so I’d try to “rescue” his nap and then he’d sleep HORRIBLY at night. I stopped and just gave him naps when he was tired and we went back to waking once or twice to eat at night!

My 6.5 month old falls asleep in 5 minutes but if I try to unlatch she gets upset. I try to use rocking and patting but she just gets more upset and wakes up so I just relatch. Takes me an hour+ to put her down 😭

5 month old has been sleeping longer stretches at night finally!!! Usually 2 hr nap in the morning then two 30-40 min naps in afternoon & early evening. Yesterday he did two 2 hour naps and a 30 min nap and he did not sleep well at night. Must not have had enough sleep pressure. Going to stick to one longer nap I just felt bad waking him!

My almost 7 month old is pretty good at night time.. but finding if I don’t cut her last nap at 4pm she will wake up at 5:30am and need a lot of resettling (7pm bedtime)… but her day time naps are so short.. 30 mins in morning, 30 mins midday and 30 mins in afternoon. I’m constantly trying to get them longer.. will that ruin the sleep pressure that’s currently working well and getting her through the night? Should I just be getting her up at 30 mins and thinking that’s good?

I have a 4 month old and I started putting her to bed around 730-8 and we started having bad night sleeps. Waking up more frequently. I went back to letting her have a little cat nap around 630, then she’s up and happy for a bit then to bed fully around 10-1030, and her night sleeps are much better! Thoughts?

My 7m old is in the transition from 3-2 naps. If he has a 3rd cat nap he’ll be up super early even with a later bedtime. But if he’s only on 2 naps he’s up 4+ hours before bed and seems exhausted. Even then he’s still waking up before 6am now (after an 8pm bedtime), waking up upset and hard to get back down. Do I power through and make sure he’s only getting 2 naps? Can I get back to sleeping later in the morning?
