I went to shibuya last year for Halloween and it was fun but there was about a thousand police officers lining the streets and blowing whistles constantly. I think this year I’ll just do a house party or go to tachikawa

I remember going to Club Atom then going to 7/11 after the club closes. Everyone was littering but I can see why they would blame tourist w/ it becoming more popular/ crowded. Theres plenty of other places to go tho like Roppongi or Yokohama.
