food is always my gateway when it comes to culture fit. I'm a good cook and a foodie and it just so happens that law spaces really like food lol. lawyers will spend really good money on wine and cheese so if you can Segway to wineries or any type of food they may like, it works really well.

It’s so many different factors I need to be aware of when applying for a job as well as doing good in an interview. They complain about DEI but it’s just a scapegoat at this point because they never give the same rigorous process for yt like they do for others
