my office manager is really good friends with another coworker. They gossip every day about other employees. My manager told her about my personal health issues. I only told her because I need take a half a day each month for infusions. I found out because the coworker asked me if I really need to get the infusions. I was so bad.

Yes!!! My EX manager kept nothing to herself! We knew about disciplinary actions before the actual employee did, what was going on with each employee, what happened in private meetings. I transferred! It was awful!!

Yes my last 2 managers were like that. (last 2 jobs). The managers had all the tea and they were always willing to share. Not only that, my last manager was the source of gossip!! But then had the audacity to say that employees should not gossip during the workday.
