there was a house in the “rich neighborhood” and almost all of the houses were hanging out candy and stuff (in my town, THIS is THE place to be for Halloween) and one of the houses had a set up and was making cotton candy and letting the kids pick their color and shapes!

My fiance and i have a huge container we fill with candy, glow sticks, pencils and stickers for the local trunk or treat we live in the middle of no where so we dont have trick or treaters but never would we ever give a child something open. I dont understand why people even think thats a good idea
