full fat yoghurt, whole milk, cheeses, eggs, real butter, ghee, extra virgin coconut/olive oil, varied meats and fish, nuts, seeds, avocados. my baby's meals are based around these, and she's growing perfectly healthy without unintended weight gain but with excellent brain and physical development.
