Stop giving them phones in elementary school. Go back to the outside, at the playground, in the neighborhood. children need to be engaging and interacting with each other outside, building social skills, building problem solving skills, learning how to negotiate, how to compromise, how to lead, learning social cues, using their instinct, learning how to be real friends, looking out for each other, learning how to defend themselves, how to speak up for themselves. These are not things they can learn online. Parents cannot and do not monitor their children's online exposure and activities thoroughly or diligently enough.
