Felt I be forcing myself too eat n can’t keep weight worth a damn, I’m below my pre pregnancy weight… but plus side my milk supply hasn’t dropped at all. Do feel weak asf tho.

i was the same way i think because ur so worried about your baby being fed your forget to eat and when u are hungry u dont have energy or an appetite to eat and then u dont eat. that’s why i stopped breastfeeding because i wouldn’t eat n my milk supply dropped
