What about “value”? A person might be not better than me as we are all humans but some people are more valuable than others. Some people of high valuable will be seen as better than others…

that's not really how life works tho man. I agree with everything you're saying but just telling yourself everyone is equal to you in a materialistic world doesn't make sense. we live in a capitalist society where people compete against each other to be the best. In reality we aren't all equal to each other there will be people better than us. if there was a sufficient, logical way to go "no one is better than me" that wld be calm. I personally use religion (we are all the same in the eyes of god). But even then it doesn't feel satisfactory. maybe approaching ppl with higher status than me isn't what I shld be doing
