Those who don’t like booking sites, don’t like them because they don’t want to have to agree to any policies or sign any waivers because they’re looking to scam the stylist. They’re not clients you want to have anyways.

Most of the time they don’t want to book online because they don’t want to commit to a deposit or putting their card on file. They want to be able to reschedule or cancel without losing any $$🤷♀️

I actually prefer to schedule my clients manually but if it’s easier for them to book online then that’s ok too. I also prebook all my clients to make room for those who want to schedule with me directly

Half the time when I've manually booked a new person I don't know,they no show. Online booking shows policies AND takes a deposit for MY security. if they're weird about that, then they weren't serious in the first place.
