🚨 TRAGIC PLANE CRASH IN WISCONSIN KILLS SIX PEOPLE, INCLUDING A CHILD A devastating plane crash in Wisconsin has claimed the lives of six people, including five adults and one child, after a small aircraft went down Tuesday night, October 13, 2026, near Mirror Lake State Park in the Town of Dellona, close to Wisconsin Dells. Authorities say the single-engine Piper PA-46 was flying from Kenosha to Menomonie when the tragedy occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. The aircraft crashed into a heavily wooded area, prompting emergency crews and local authorities to respond to the scene. Sadly, all six people aboard were found dead. According to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the pilot reported that ice was building up on the plane’s wings while flying at approximately 24,000 feet through stormy weather. The pilot requested permission to descend, and air traffic control approved the request. During the descent, the aircraft entered a right-hand turn that became increasingly steep before communication and tracking data were lost. Investigators are now working to determine exactly what caused the crash, including the potential role of severe weather and ice accumulation. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and NTSB are investigating the incident. Authorities confirmed that no one on the ground was injured and no nearby structures were damaged. The identities of the victims had not yet been publicly released as of October 14. This heartbreaking tragedy has left investigators searching for answers about the aircraft’s final moments and what led to the fatal crash. #Wisconsin #PlaneCrash #BreakingNews #AviationNews #MightyNews - @mightynews
