I think it’s equal parts Marvin not living to the hype and the Cardinals not using him correctly. Him as the sacrificial decoy running every route 15-20 downfield isn’t a good recipe. Let alone Brissett honing in on Wilson and McBride.

I don't think they were holding information, I think they're mouth pieces for the teams, and what they say is what is approved by them. if a team doesn't want us to know something, our senior "insiders" won't know it. which isn't really how journalism is supposed to work. I honestly don't remember the last story from any of these guys that wasn't just something that had to be public anyways, but they were the ones who got it first.
