abuse is what we make of it. it does not dictate my outcome or behavior only I can control how I respond to it . for me abuse was ongoing and contin as long as I stay in that situation . it is better to be alone than with bad company . but in the end that loneliness gave me my power back and the abuse gs e he desire for something better . today I stand as a witness that abuse is labeled for control. therefore that knowledge is my freedom from a revolving door and I definitely know what I don't want in this life . sobi do thank everyone involved in my life . although the outcome will not be pleasant for the abusers the totality of my situation dies not around abyss and therefore has no power over the test if my life .
