What do you meannn I can have both parts of my dinner cooking at the same time?? Girl dinner time saverrr with smart finish AND watch my food cooking through the glass?? So satisfying!! Prepare to be sick of me, we NEEDED an Airfryer series. Ingredients: (Serves 4) 400g parsnips 1 carrot 1 onion 1 garlic bulb Olive oil 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp medium curry powder 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional) Salt & pepper 1 litre vegetable stock 150ml double cream 👩🏼‍🍳 Chop all your vegetables, keep them smaller for less roasting time. Add your chopped parsnips, carrot, onion to one glass drawer of the CRISPI DualZone. Drizzle with olive oil, honey and season with the curry powder, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, cinnamon, chilli flakes, salt & pepper. Pop in your garlic and roast until golden, soft and caramelised. Around 45mins at 190 degrees. Keep shaking/stirring. I set zone 2 for 10mins smart finish so my toastie would be ready the same time! Add your hot vegetable stock and blend until smooth, then stir through the double cream. You can remove into a blender or pot for this if you prefer! Toastie✨ Butter the outside of your bread, fill with all the cheesy/chorizo goodness and pop into the second Crispi zone.
