@13goldenthreads: Sometimes we know what we should be doing, but it takes a little reminder from our elders to actually start. ❤️ This beautiful Mata Ji shares a simple Sikh practice: remembering Waheguru Ji and reciting Gurbani before eating. 🙏 I’ve spent time learning the Gurbani she shared, and the next time I see her, I’m going to recite it back to her! 🥹❤️ We don’t have to know everything. Even learning a little each day is progress. Our elders have so much wisdom to pass down. The beautiful part is when we actually put it into practice. Did your parents or grandparents teach you to recite Gurbani before meals? ❤️ #13GoldenThreads #Sikhi #Gurbani #SikhTok #Waheguru
