BANANA PUDDING 🍌 Is one of those recipes where the possibilities are endless and the measurements actually don’t have to be exact. Like it more sweet? Add more condensed milk. More bananas? Sure. Less thick? Add less whipped cream. Or sub heavy cream for milk. Have fun with it! 🥰 RECIPE whipped cream: - 1 cup heavy cream - 2-3 heaping tablespoons of marshmallow fluff (sweeten to taste) - vanilla bean paste (optional, measure with heart) ****OR**** - 1 8oz tub cool whip (if not using homemade whipped cream) pudding mixture: - 1 8oz @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese - 1/3 cup sour cream (optional, for more tang) - 1/2 to 1 can sweetened condensed milk (adjust for your sweetness level) - 1 cup milk - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 3oz package French vanilla no bake pudding mix (may also use cheesecake or banana cream) - 1 box nilla wafers (or your cookie of choice) - 2-5 bananas (however many you want, IDK?!) 1. Make whipped cream by whipping heavy cream until stiff peaks. Then add marshmallow fluff and vanilla paste to taste, then place in fridge. 2. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese then beat until smooth. 3. Add milk, heavy cream, pudding mix, and optional sour cream. Mix until smooth and fluffy, but somewhat stiff. Pudding mix will thicken. Be sure to scrape down sides of the bowl! 4. Add in cold whipped cream being sure not to overmix. 5. Layer 9x9 or 8x8 pan with cookies and banana slices. Cover with pudding mix. Repeat. Top with crushed cookies. 6. Let chill in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours. 7. Enjoy! 😉 #bananapudding
