too everyone who says "eject from the bottom" or "just shoot downward" ... 2 major issues with that, 1 if your in the process of crashing, the ground is probably nearby. but secondly, even if the ground isn't nearby, do you know whats constantly nearby when you eject? your aircraft. congratulations you've just made a communist pancake using prime ingredients such as THE PILOTS.

one of the only 2 heli's that have C.A.D.'s to do this btw. Worked on Helicopters for 6 years in the Navy and this blew my mind when I learned that the Russians have this.
