When I was booking a tour, I struggled to find a lot of details and so I hope this helps you! We went with a company called Junior Excursions and the boat tour was €64 and included unlimited drinks (wine, vodka, juice and coffee), breakfast (a chocolate bun) and lunch (tuna steak, chicken or veggie burger). The Split boat tour included 2 swimming spots (blue lagoon and fujima bay) which were around an hour each and where they provided us with donuts and snorkels (although there is not much to see in the Adriatic Sea). It was nice being able to float on a donut whilst drinking some wine and jumping off the boat into the ocean. It also included 1 stop at Maslinica, a fishing village on Solta Island with beautiful beaches and bays. We could walk around and have a swim or grab some gelato. About half the time (around 4.5 hours) was spent sailing so prefer to chill on the boat. i just wish we got there a bit earlier so that we would have been able to grab a sun chair as they were very limited! But towards the end of the day a lot of us just ended up sitting or laying on the floor of the upper desk. I booked my tour on GetYourGuide and you can see the link in my bio. Overall I think it was good value for money but I do think we spent a bit too long on the boat.
