@truecrimewithnatashac: ALL THREE SCHEDULED HEARINGS in Bryan Kohberger’s post-conviction relief case have been VACATED. So what happens now, and what does the new court order actually say? These are the dates taken off the calendar: - October 15, 2026: Hearing on the motion to disqualify the judge - June 3, 2027: Status conference - June 17, 2027: Conditional evidentiary hearing The October 13 amended order lays out a new timetable. Amended court filings are due January 13, 2027, and discovery must be completed by July 7, 2027. New hearing dates are to be arranged after the court decides any motions that could resolve the case or particular claims without an evidentiary hearing. If no such motions are filed, Kohberger must contact the clerk by August 2, 2027, to arrange dates. An evidentiary hearing is still conditional. August 2 is NOT a new hearing date. One question remains unanswered by this order: Why was the October 15 hearing on disqualifying the judge canceled? For everyone following the Idaho 4 case, this concerns the separate civil post-conviction proceeding, CV01-26-15094. Canceling hearing dates does not overturn Kohberger’s conviction. I want transparency. I want answers supported by the actual records. These dates matter, and so does understanding exactly what the court has ordered.
