Girl you are so strong. I have to exchange just one kid and she’s 4. I have a meltdown on the ride home. I can’t imagine all my kids let alone my almost 2 year old.

Why do you exchange at school? Why not just drop the kids off to school like a normal day. Then which ever parent is supposed to pick up do dismissal?

I'm glad things are going better. Kids can be extra clingy at that age to mommy so I don't think her not wanting to go to step mom is an automatic red flag. Smart of step mom to bring her kiddo knowing that might help comfort your daughter and you also being encouraging goes such a long way. You're doing amazing mama!
