I've been drinking since I was 18..I'm 36 now about to turn 37 and I wish I could quit but I need it to help me sleep at night..I never get any sleep and drinking helpes me..but over the years I've became an alcoholic and I even get the shakes during the day..So i have to go grab a beer at least to calm my self..I don't think I can quit but hearing your stories really helps me want to try

got sober on 6/25/24 I would wake up drinking shots of whiskey towards the end. shaking, vomiting bile, horrible anxiety, heart racing. now 45lbs lighter, head clearer, better relationships with my children and family. I have goals and look forward to each morning.
