My grandma was a nurse for 40+ years and she always told me if a kid bumps his head a no knot popped up then they most likely will have a concussion and some spots of their head they hit don’t let them go to sleep for 2-4 hours.

My middle son tagged along with us to my oldest sons first field trip and we sat down to have lunch and he folded up in the folding chair and hit his head on the concrete and immediately started gagging. It was SO scary ! We drove straight to CHOA 😳 thankfully he was ok but so so scary !
