if i did carrie i would make it a Christian feminist horror. a better story would be carries father recently dies n her creepy uncle or her mother's new religious boyfriend moves in to help but he has wondering eyes for carries he touches her looks at her to long steals her underwear. with her psychic abilities she can hear his thoughts sees the lust things he has for her she frightened terrified confused, she dresses plainly n strives herself to look unattractive but shes beautiful she the men n boys around her are still attracted to her the bully hates how beautiful carries is shes insecure fights to lose weight starts rumors about carrie. it gets back to her mother n uncle/boyfriend her mother is pissed carrie is confused shes not doing anything of the things people say about her. the period scenes stays but the bully says " better be careful now carrie wouldn't want a baby ruining ur figure now" the girls laugh the coach hears what the bully says n slaps her "thats rich coming you" Sophie n the coach help carrie up n get her clean Sophie offers to take her to the nurse the coach says "every girl who thought this shit was funny has suspension no prom for you!", "until you public n honestly apologize to carrie". carrie sits in the nurses office in a daze terrified repeating in her head baby baby baby baby thats what everyone sees as a baby maker I hear it in theyre heads all the time its sex sex sex SEX SEX SEX!!!! carrie cause the mirrors to shatter scaring everyone confused at how this happened. the nurse is kind n sweet n informs carrie about womanhood she tells Sophie to walk carrie back to class she needs to make a call. the nurse calls cps n calls in a favor to a friend to check on carries homestead.

Read the book before seeing the movie. Both were entertaining but the book was far better. Gotta love Mr King!

Carrie and Cugo both victims of their surroundings or bad circumstances. Carrie gets bullied and crazy mother. Cugo sick from rabies. Book great stories.

After The Stand this is the book that made me fall in love with Stephen King’s books. I have to admit I love the end of Carrie’s mother from the movie. That was poetic justice.
