See 1400 is realistic for a business if malls charged this! Man they be sold out! Stores could charge whatever it be sweet! But nah they want 20-50-80,000usd rent in some of these places like bruh! I get it but be realistic man you gotta make atleast 81,000 to be profitable at all. EVERY MONTH. Its unrealistic w the competition of online vendors, fakes in asia or street vendors. BRING BACK THESE 1400 dollar businesses 🙌
