I had a pt pee all down my pants and into my shoes while rolling them and I mean drenched. Less than 1 hr into my shift. I walked out of that room so fast to go shower in the back. Cherry on top? Pt had a raging uti😐

Diarrhea in the glove... Wouldn't be the first time.. I had to build a mote around a patient because it literally was flowing out of them and all over the floor.

PT here, log rolled a patient to change a sacral decub dressing. Patient had a rectal tube, no BM in days. Well that logroll induced a massive unimpaction and blew out that rectal tube! It was a site!
