@lavonda_mills: Jesus in Five is a guided spiritual journal rooted in Scripture, grounded in sound theology, inspired by gratitude, and supported by the science of habit formation. It is designed for people who want a real daily practice with God and keep running out of time for one, and it gives you a fixed 5-minute structure so the habit survives a busy week. The method is 3 and 2. Each morning you copy a short passage of Scripture by hand, name one sign of grace from the day before, and hand over one burden. Each evening you plant a kingdom seed and trace where God actually showed up. Five prompts, about five minutes, every day for 26 weeks. On the seventh day you stop and review the week before moving forward. The journal is undated on purpose. Start in March, miss a Tuesday, come back Thursday. Nothing breaks and no calendar shames you. Your journal includes 6 months of full access to the Jesus in Five companion app. The app reads what you have written and connects it to the specific verses that speak to it, so Bible study begins from what you are actually carrying rather than from a reading plan that has never met you. Reflections are generated from your own entries. Every passage is quoted from the NIV in English and the NVI in Spanish. Every pillar and prompt in this journal was reviewed by a Catholic priest and by an evangelical pastor before it was printed. Built as an object worth keeping: A5 flexicover in dark brown, 256 pages of QuillEase 95 gsm paper, gilded gold edges, and 2 ribbon markers.#jesusinfive #journal
