I feel this , my ex , our connection was so deep. And ofc when your the one who loves hard and puts everything in you always get hurt. But I feel you , I been single 3 years. I crave having a partner that you know everything about each other. Now I just go home after work, chill and repeat. I want someone but the thought of going through it all over again … idk. Like I don’t talk to anyone literally anyone. And it fucked me up because I’m like how could she do what she did. I guess she didn’t really feel the same way. I neglected myself to try and salvage our relationship. So I like to say she taught me self love, I taught her unconditional love. I did the dumb shit. Treasure hunts in the house for when she got up that would lead to something she wanted or a surprise, took her out every week, once a month we would get a hotel somewhere, and twice a year we would vacation somewhere. I put so much thought and effort in, kinda took the wind out of my sails. I tried talking to orhers , but I can’t talk or be with someone that doesn’t put emotion in, or don’t want to talk about their day. Idk but I’m definitely at peace , however it’s boring
