It’s even worse when they aren’t self aware and just live in victimhood. So explaining to them that they used trusted info against you as a calculated move doesn’t compute to them. To them it’s just them saying stupid hurtful things because they were upset. 🥴

I’m a narcissist. To be honest I think the amount of information given was mutual. To be honest I did overshare and traumadump a lot. Although I think what wasn’t reciprocated was emotional vulnerability. I wasn’t, he was.
