Its not the book. The word . Quran is the word of God and its one of his attributes. And that is the most reasonable actually . Speech is an attribute of the speaker if God speaks then Speech must be His attribute, not a separate creation

Ahmed ibn Hanbal came along and said throw it all out , close your minds and hearts , do not ponder and reflect , just read everything as it is written , become book worms , and literally threw out escoterism all together , which I would say was 40percent of Islamic knowledge. As for the creation of Quran , The Quran contains the speech of the devil, to say that the speech of the devil lived eternally with Allah ta’Ala is just outright disrespectful , rather the ability to create knowledge was eternal with Allah azza wa jals, not the knowledge itself , the Quran was created for a purpose as is everything else in creation .
