𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗟 & 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 The entities have been on notice of FBI RICO Referral (18 U.S.C. § 1962), & pursuant to common-law duty and federal statutory obligations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(1) & 1519, a duty to preserve since their respective Dates of Constructive Notice. 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗔 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(1)): The 25TB Forensic Archive includes snapshots of entity platforms prior to interference, creating a "Baseline of Spoliation" for federal analysis. ANY VARIANCE between the archive and corporate records is hereby identified as willful violation of 18 U.S.C § 1519, punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison.
