@americas_unsolved_files: 🚨 An off-duty ICE agent from Texas was shot and arrested in Fresno after police say he attacked a 72-year-old man and the man’s daughter outside their home early Friday. Authorities identified the agent as David Gonzalez, 32, who police say appeared intoxicated after a woman found him asleep on the family’s front lawn. When her father went outside and tried to get Gonzalez to leave, police say Gonzalez attacked him and knocked him to the ground. The daughter then tried to intervene, and investigators say Gonzalez assaulted her as well. 🔫 Police say the 72-year-old father, fearing for himself and his daughter, pulled out a legally possessed handgun and shot Gonzalez once in the abdomen. The woman’s boyfriend, an off-duty police officer, then arrived and placed Gonzalez in handcuffs until responding officers took custody of him. Gonzalez was hospitalized in serious condition and arrested on felony assault charges, while police said the homeowner who fired the shot is not facing charges. Investigators are still trying to determine why Gonzalez was at the Fresno home in the first place. #fresno #ice #iceagent #fresnocalifornia #fresnocounty
