@nora.wilde.life: I'M 83. BUT I STILL MOVE LIKE I'M 30! 💃😂 Here are five things I refuse to give up: 1️⃣ Dancing and moving every day. 2️⃣ Eating real, nutrient-dense food. 3️⃣ Getting plenty of protein. 4️⃣ Taking my sleep seriously. 5️⃣ Working on my balance and strength. I'm not trying to be younger. I just refuse to become a spectator in my own life. I still want to dance, travel, laugh, and do whatever the hell I feel like doing! 83 YEARS OLD. AND I'M NOT DONE YET! ❤️ 💬 Who else still loves to dance? ❤️ Follow for more healthy aging, strength, independence, and fun after 80. #Over80 #HealthyAging #ActiveAging #WomenOver60 #NeverStopMoving
