@icecpa: My salary progression, now updated for 2026 💼 Disclaimer: I am aware that what I make isn’t much, especially living in Los Angeles. But I want to be clear what my purpose is when posting something like this. I share my salary because I believe salary transparency is important for all of us working in corporate. I’m tired of letting the big corp take advantage and underpay us working individuals simply because we don’t talk about our salaries when it’s actually in our best interest. The more we share with each other, the more we understand our value in the job market. We should all know what’s fair, what to negotiate for, and when it’s time to ask for more. I really want to open up the space for all of us to communicate and help each other. There is no law that stops anyone of us from having these conversations. So let’s start right here. What is your job and how much is your salary? Next video: the title-by-title breakdown and the hours I actually worked at each level. Follow so you don’t miss it 🤝
What helped increase your salary from 2021 to 2022? ☺️

I’m thinking of just quitting my job for a few months and doing all cpa exams and find another job as a CPA. I already have all the work hours and I need four more classes for the credit requirement
