If you’re considering dropshipping as a side hustle, I’d say take time to learn before jumping in. I started around this time last year, made some mistakes, and gradually improved until my store was doing around $5,000 in weekly sales. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn.

I experienced slow progress and costly lessons at the beginning. Staying curious and adapting my strategy helped me grow.

I think beginners sometimes spend so much time deciding what to sell that they don't spend enough time thinking about the offer itself. Two stores can sell the same product but present very different reasons to buy, depending on their audience, messaging, pricing, and overall experience. Simply uploading a product doesn't communicate why it matters or why someone should choose your store. When I look at it this way, the question becomes bigger than finding something people want. It's about understanding what would make your particular offer relevant and convincing to the people you're trying to reach.

Not everything interesting happens in public.
Some of the best lessons happen quietly.
I'm learning to appreciate the process.
