Mann I’m a double major In accounting and finance rn and graduate next December I don’t care about any of this but I realize how stable the job market for those careers are and the wealth that comes with it I can do what I love as a hobby

Majored in Finance and working in that field for 20 yrs already. Never really cares for it. Only picked it because its high paying. One day i’ll retire and go teach math to kids. Till then i’ll make money.

The only thing I hate about this is the people who arent passionate about it go for money and it becomes “Trendy” and unfortunately the people who ARE passionate about it have to compete in oversaturated fields 😕

I like math, enough to get tattoos, but I chose math as my foundation purely because I knew I would always have a job in academia. I’ve built my entire passion on top of that decision. I was able to become an astrophysicist because I always had money coming in through teaching college online!
