What is missed from this conversation is that Muschamp made significant changes after the half that involved going after Sayin. You can see from the game stats. Sayin went from 12/16 in the first half to 5/16 in the second half(2/6 in 4th alone). Third down conversion was 5/8 on the first half to 1/6 on the second half. This makes defense get tired b/c they are on the field too long.

If they’re both one loss teams at season’s end: a) they’ll both be in their conference championships and in the CFP, and b) Texas will be ahead of OSU because of head to head and strength of schedule.!
