My first pregnancy I didn’t have money to buy any cravings so I never got anything.. my second my man made sure I got whatever I wanted . All I wanted was seafood boil . My last I would stay sick the whole pregnancy. Eat what ever you want how you want enjoy it

Sushi and shrimp were on rotation my whole pregnancy!! I would also have ceviche (cooked) at least 3 times a week my last trimester 😩

You CAN eat sushi while pregnant. I always at raw. Just like salads or processed deli meat— make sure it comes from a clean and safe place.

idk why people get so scared of eating sushi or whatnot when pregnant…like what about women that live on islands or where their foods are mostly fish based…their babies come out fine
