An update on @DHL losing $15K of our inventory As we've previously shared, DHL lost over $15,000 worth of our inventory, including pieces that were supposed to be shipped to our customers. Since sharing our story, DHL's team has reached out to us via DM, and we've continued communicating with them in hopes of finding a resolution. Unfortunately, we still have no answers about where our inventory is or whether it will be recovered. We've called DHL every single day, but these conversations have been unproductive, often contradictory, and at times, we've been met with rude and dismissive responses. We've also submitted a formal claim online to escalate the situation, but at this point, we're becoming increasingly concerned that our inventory may never be recovered. For a small, growing business like ours, a loss of this magnitude is devastating. And what's made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of clear answers, accountability, and urgency in helping us find a resolution. To everyone who has shared our story, tagged DHL, sent us encouraging messages, or shown us support in any way: THANK YOU. 🤎 And to our customers, thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate this incredibly difficult situation.
