You said you're not using interface layers, but the slicer says you're using 2 interface layers that you're also putting a .75 spacing in between the lines of that interface layer that you're not using 2 layers of? help me understand how that's not using interface layers?

Your layer hight is 0.16mm? Because afaik top Z distance is always according to your layer height.

The supports falling off and coming off so easy is impressive, but what does the surface look like where the supports have come off? Have you fine tuned those overhang/bridging settings to prevent any surface scarring?

I printed a bunch of these characters from A Court of Thorns and Roses for my daughter and her friends on my P1S using the Sunlu Matte Black PLA and I absolutely love that filament. Wish I’d seen these setting before hand because the supports were a bitch to remove.
