There was something so special about Jackie AND Shadow. I enjoyed briefly checking in on other nests, but none of those couples had what Jackie and Shadow had. They were a power couple. I can’t get into seeing shadow with another bird. I am definitely checking out of the nest as well as others

Looks like she just had too many health issues to overcome. I’m just grateful she was able to see her last brood to fledgling. She was so proud, a fighter and I’m lucky enough to have known her all these seasons.
