My one and only sister did the same but told me an hour later. [Tears of joy] she asked if I was going to show up for dinner to celebrate and I was like “celebrate WHAT?!” 😂😂 I still think about what it would have been to be able to share that moment with her but I respect her wishes..

my baby brother and his wife did this. and kept it a secret for a month. I was so happy for them of course. I love them both. but at the same time I was sad and a little hurt because it's such a special day. but I respect that it's what they wanted. 🩵 sometimes I wish my husband and I eloped too lol
