@slayer_0812: Fluffy Pancake Recipe Ingredients: one egg, 200 ml milk, 150 g all-purpose flour, two tablespoons sugar, one teaspoon baking powder, one tablespoon vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt. Crack the egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and whisk until combined. Pour in the milk and vegetable oil, then mix again. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir gently until no dry flour remains. Small lumps are fine, so avoid overmixing. Let the batter rest for about five minutes. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it if needed. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan for each pancake, leaving enough space between them. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to set. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the center is cooked through. If the pancakes brown too quickly, lower the heat. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm with maple syrup, honey, chocolate spread, or fresh fruit.#tomboy #type #taller #viral
