I mean, a psychiatrist might’ve actually knew about it and when children go to facilities, they are locked in rooms all the time and even at juvenile detention . They are locked in small rooms all the time I’m not saying it’s OK. I would never do it. I’m just saying that a psychiatrist might have known about that.
