@yani_dove: 2 cups cocoa powder 2 cups icing sugar 2 tbsp cornflour (optional - makes it a bit more creamy) whisk really well. (easy to adapt for smaller or larger quantity - just make sure the parts are equal)

Cut out corn flour which is in the icing sugar... Try cocoa, milk power, powdered sugar (sugar blended to finer grains) you get a banger hot cholate

I have run the costs based off current prices this week for cadbury's cocoa powder and woolworths brand icing sugar (as that's what is available where I live online). I didn't include the cost of the cornflour as it's a common household staple and optional anyway. so for 500g of hot chocolate powder it costs $3.84 to make.

you can also get cadbury drinking chocolate in giant 2.5kg or 5kg bags (i dont remember the one i have atm) and its just around $25!!
