@ciscoandmelissa: After all I went through: tests, procedures, surgeries, I there mentions, you’d think I would’ve woke up with some superpowers at least. But, that didn’t happen. God has blessed me with abilities I didn’t know I had. Love, empathy and compassion I didn’t even know I was capable of. Opportunities to serve that I wouldn’t have had otherwise and a new closeness with God and family that are a result of this stroke. I’m kinda bummed I can’t move things with my mind, but I’m so grateful for these gifts that God has given me. #StrokeRecovery #GodsGrace #FaithOverFear #FindingPurpose #BlessedNotBroken
