@thecrazyladyacros: Backstory: the crazy lady was flashlighting the good neighbor and their dogs that lives next to her. Then she was calling the police and complaining about the dogs barking. So the good neighbors put up a fence. Then the crazy lady started shining her flashlight above their fence to achieve the same effect end up onto their house into their windows. So the neighbors put a 2 foot extension on their fence to make it taller. The town ordinance only allows people to build 6 foot tall fences. Their first fence was 6 feet tall. They put a 2 foot extension on the fence to block her flashlight. She reported them to the town for violating the town ordinance and pressured the town to give them a notice of violation. So then they had to file for a variance to get authorization from the town to keep their 2 foot extension on their fence. The variance process involves filling out paperwork paying a fee which adds up to around a little over $100, and then attending a variance hearing at a town meeting. Hear the crazy lady is attempting to get their variance denied. She tries for over 20 minutes coming up with every reason under the Sun the first reason she tried to get the meeting postponed claiming that their application was not filed correctly. But the chair corrects her that the application was filed correctly and they will be proceeding with the meeting. This illustrates the crazy lady and her shenanigans. She first makes a problem, then she complains about it, when people try to solve their own problem she makes a bigger problem for them. Everyone on the town, Board knows that she does this. The police officers know that she does this. For some reason no one has been able to get her to stop doing this behavior.
